Say “hello” to Aromando Pictures’ little website

Just like Thomas Edison’s Black Maria studio, the first ever film production company, Aromando Pictures has a website! It has links and embedded players for all our released films. There is also this nifty news feed that you’re reading the first entry of right now!

So, it’s a website, I don’t know how much explaining I have to do about that.

First, on the homepage, we’ve got a “featured” project that you can watch right there at the top. Below that is a list of our recent films, separated into categories of production status. If the film is available for streaming, there will be accompanying links for that as well. Click on any of those film posters or the “Details” link to bring up a film page where you can watch the film (if it’s released) and check out more information about it, like the synopsis, cast, crew, a link to the real IMDb, and more!

Then there’s the Films page which is a listing of all our film projects. Incidentally, the sample of projects on the homepage is also all of our film projects. We’re dreaming big that these two pages will look more different from each other in the future. Click on these pages in an eerily similar way to the homepage.

Finally, the News page, where you’ll find posts like this one! I hope to be a good little boy and write something in this space every week. Some posts will be capital N, News! Other posts will be “news.” What counts as news these days is pretty subjective.
